The Vegetable Garden

The vegetable garden, inside the farm, allowed the owners and the farmer to eat seasonal products such as prickly pears, almonds, mulberries, figs, pomegranates, lemons, broad beans, peas, olives, carobs and "a mutidda" (myrtles).
A part of the vegetable garden was utilized as the farmer and his family's toilette as well; instead the owners used the "cantri", old ceramic chamber pots.
